The sweet, sweet smell of hops

The windows fogged up. I was sweating. Our stove will never be clean again.

Tuesday's Sandwich: When Pigs Fly Rye, lightly toasted. Egg, fried over-medium with a
spritz of lime juice (I had half a lime left over from dinner that was quickly
drying out). Pastrami. Dash of brown mustard. Should have toasted the bread
more or paninied the whole thing, but pretty delicious.

Tuna Steak

Rubbed tuna with olive oil, lime zest, pepper, kosher salt. Seared each side for 1 minute.

Served with Shira's salad of avocado, tomato, and onion, dressed in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Risotto Style Pasta

Sauteed garlic and onion in olive oil. Added chopped tomatoes and cooked down. Added
pasta (~1/2 pound) and tossed to cover in oil. After a few minutes, began adding chicken
stock little by little, cooking pasta risotto style. Added more chopped tomatoes halfway through.
Topped with more chopped tomatoes, seared artichokes, and parmesan.
