Risotto Style Pasta


Sauteed garlic and onion in olive oil. Added chopped tomatoes and cooked down. Added
pasta (~1/2 pound) and tossed to cover in oil. After a few minutes, began adding chicken
stock little by little, cooking pasta risotto style. Added more chopped tomatoes halfway through.
Topped with more chopped tomatoes, seared artichokes, and parmesan.
